| Hey everyone, Aisha here, welcome back to my Youtube channel. Sorry I've been a little AWOL, school's been crazy.... that, and I went through a bit of a bad break up. Speaking of, today I've got a very special guest with me! She gestures to Joe, holding her hands up like a magician's assistant. She laughs, taking his arm and pulling him closer. In case anyone didn't know, Joey and I used to date, didn't we? Highlight of his life. But yeah. We're doing the ex tag, so this is going to be a wild ride for everyone... I'm a little scared. We've got some questions for each other, shall we jump straight in Little J?
Okay, I'll go first. What’s your biggest regret about our relationship?
Joseph very obviously thinks for a minute, knuckles curl under his chin and his elbow props on his knee, he gives a long 'hmm' Too fast too quick. Wish I had dated you at thirty and not twenty-three. For a split second there is surprise written across her features, though this is only visible on camera, disguised from him by a mess of bed hair. Catching herself, she forces a shrug. Well, we both know whose fault that was, don't we?
Do you have fantasies about us getting back together?
Sometimes. Specifically when I've just had a shitty date and I can only remember your good qualities, it makes me wonder why I let it go. She looks at him, a grin on her full lips as she lazily pushes him away. Obviously then I remember how awful you are and I come to my senses. He scoffs at her, and lifts his hand to the side of his mouth to block her sight as he mouths 'liar' to the camera.
I'm going with another nice one. What’s your favorite memory of us being together?
Our year anniversary. I had this big elaborate date planned for us, but we were in a fight and you weren't having anything to do with me. Then at about ten at night I think you remembered and you left me a three minute long voicemail filled with apologies. We ended up dressing up a bit and going to Burger King for a three course. She laughs, giggles that force a hand to her mouth I remember that! You scrub up so well. I told my dad you took me to Nobu and he thought even that was low rent... She keeps giggling, holding her hands up to the camera Sorry daddy! He raises a brow up at her Still got laid though, lips purse straight across his face and he raises both brows up sorry daddy! her jaw dropping, she hits him playfully, her giggling morphing into incredulous laughter
What did your family actually think of me?
She looks at him, falling silent for a minute. Then she sighs heavily, running a hand through disheveled hair I think they thought you were a creep. You know, with the age difference and everything. She stops, a more positive thought striking her and making her perk up Tate loved you! Not sure how to react, Joseph's arm reaches out of the screen for a beer Fucking hated me.
We're gonna get deep, Jojo, are you ready? ...Do you still think about me?
Sometimes. More often in the past. She glances away, not looking at him or the camera Fair enough. He feels as though he's offended her and his gut feels sick about it. He reaches across to her and gives the back of her neck a soft knead with his fingers.
What traits do I have that you avoid in others?
Emotional incontinence. She dissolves into giggles again, reaching over and cupping his cheek with her hand, seemingly forgetting about the camera. When she speaks it's with a baby voice. You'e just so emosh! Being that emotional is almost like not being emotional at all, do you feel me? Worse in a lot of ways actually. With his brows furrowed, he fake laugh cries and hunches over to hold his head in his hands I've just got a lot of feelings. She rubs his back dramatically, shhing him I know baby, I know.
How about when you've been with other girls, do you think about me then?
Not so much, occasionally when she does something you'd do. Like sigh dramatically. He imitates a dramatic sigh and rolls his eyes toward her. She huffs at the imitation lip protruding in a pout that is ruined by a smile.
What's your favourite memory of us?
Breaking up. She giggles again, keeling over to lean on his shoulder. She collects herself enough to respond. He takes a swig of beer and stays still as she leans into him, eyes look stale in front of the camera, feigning disinterest. I can't really pick one, there are so many. My favourites were always the Sundays we spent in bed, watching bad TV and righting the worlds wrongs. It was the everyday I liked the most. His one track mind has him chuckling at the memory of Sundays, he's grinning away from the camera's glare.
Be honest. Do you ever check my social media? How does it make you feel?
Not till recently. It doesn't make me feel much.. no offence, but it's pretty materialistic and I don't see much of you in it. Her brow furrows as she gets up to look at him Really? But I'm as materialistic as it gets, you know that. He shakes his head dryly. Babe, not even the Starbucks lady is that materialistic.
Did you like Elliot's music or mine more?
Laughter spills from her lips as she raises a hand to her mouth at his audacity, her eyes widening to the camera I can't answer that! She gives the camera a knowing glance before looking back at him That's a stupid question. One's music, one's a random word generator put through autotune. She pauses, a mischievous smile creeping across her face That's not all of yours I prefer, for the record. You don't know, Oh, oh, You don't know you're beautiful, Joe mock-sings a hit song of her exes', her hand swooping his hair and his face giving a quick blue steel. She's laughing again, her hand in front of her mouth ineffectively trying to disguise the fact You've really done it now, I'm going to have to disable the comments.
How about later girlfriends, what have you told them about me?
No need to. Her smile fades and she fidgets with her hair, not looking at him. Really? He glances her and heaves his shoulders up New relationships are new starts, no need to dig graves. Yeah, you weren't much of a gravedigger with me, either. Before... you know. She drifts, reluctant to discuss whatever it is on film.
Do you think we'd still be together now if I hadn't asked?
The shock is evident on her face and she opens and closes her mouth a few times, clearly not sure what to say. She glances at the camera before clearing her throat, though again, there's a few failed attempts before she speaks. Eventually she sighs. If it was up to me, yes. Definitely. He looks a bit confused and caught off guard. He sulks down into his beer. Horse shit. She reaches out and takes his hand, giving it a little squeeze that's barely perceptible on camera.
Anyway. Are there any traits you have that you put down to our relationship?
I am more or less the exact same person I am now as I was before. I'm a bit less pushy. She smiles, leaning against him again, apparently forgetting it's being recorded. Good.
Thing you miss most?
She responds instantly, not getting up from his shoulder How safe I felt with you. He face feels a bit hot and he hopes that the camera isn't picking up his flush. His hands presses onto his thigh.
Do you ever miss me?
No. Hahah. Yes. Significantly less now than before. She smiles at the first bit, though she elbows him in the ribs at the second. She gets up from his shoulder to finally look back at the camera, appealing to the audience to side with her Didn't anyone ever tell you that absence should make the heart fonder? He rubs his ribs, looking offensively at her Out of sight, out of mind, Aitch.
Thing that's changed the most?
She gets up off him. Clearly thinking this one over, she eventually looks at him straight, her voice steadier than before, the high wearing off I would say the way you feel about me. Watching her look so serious, he can't help but burst into laughter. Copying the way she keeled over earlier, he laughs into her shoulder. Yea, clearly. Initially offended by his laughter and looking it, she can't help but join in, wrapping an arm around him as he leans against her. You're playing up for the audience, you camwhore.
Anyway, I'd say that's about enough emotional torture for me, how about you? I hope you guys enjoyed this more than we did. This is usually where I'd plug a guest's social media channels but I honestly don't think Joe will care if you follow him or not, will you? Thanks so much for watching. If you have any questions for us I'm so sure he'd up for doing a part 2, so leave them down in the comment section below or over on my insta, it's AishVB. Thanks again, til next time!

| Hi guys, it's Aisha. I know I have a habit of starting all my videos with an apology for being AWOL, because I have a habit of being AWOL, but I really am sorry! Every time I promise myself this will be different, I'll get my shit together, but then life gets in the way. Like, I've moved to Los Angeles. Isn't LA like the Youtuber capital of the world? Maybe it'll rub off on me. Anyhow I'll stop waffling and get on to the real reason we're here, and that's to have another painful heart to heart with another of my exes, a man who needs no introduction... Mr. Elliott Starke.
Hi everyone. Real pleasure to be here.
I bet it is. If you've seen my last video like this - and thank you so much for all the support on that guys, it was honestly overwhelming - then you'll know how this goes. Elliott says he hasn't-- I really haven't! So for his benefit, this is how it works. I'm gonna ask you a load of questions off the internet, and you can ask me some back. Simple, right? Simple. Ok then, let's get started.
How long did our relationship last and who asked who out first?
Hmmm.... I think it was almost two years? Am I way off? I asked you out in the weirdest way, through my publicist. That makes it sound like some sort of set up! No, no, not like that! Aisha's dad owned the PR firm I was signed with, we hung around. So yeah, that's how it started.
About right. Why did we break up?
Lots of reasons.
There was a big one.
...I was really busy on tour.
Mhmm. What do you miss most about me? The thing I miss most about you is how much we used to laugh, I don't think I was ever not laughing when we were together. At least, before the end.
Oh, damn... we did, didn't we? You were always really easy company, despite being a difficult person.
A backhanded compliment there, thanks. Here's a fun one, what did we argue about most?
It's a toss up between me being on tour and privacy. I didn't have a lot of the latter and I wanted you to be the one thing I had that was just mine, but I think you misread that, you thought I was embarrassed about you or something. No one wants to be someone's secret. I thought it was romantic.
What was the first thing you noticed about me? With you it was your shit tattoos.
Haha, with you it was those lips. Definition of DSL.
Do I have any traits that you avoid in people since, or any that you seek out?
God, definitely more the former than the latter. No more daddies girls, no more princesses, no more smart asses. Great, thanks. Your adventurousness is something I miss, if you catch my drift. ...You can keep your drift.
Here's a good one. What's one thing you'd like me to answer honestly?
Hmmm... I want to know whether or not you miss me. Actually no, I want to know if you still listen to my music.
Ugh. It's on my Spotify still. So that's a yes? It's an 'it's on my Spotify still'. How about the merch, do you still have that? Sold it. There's the Aisha I know.
Final question, before I stab you and turn this into a snuff video. You're loving this. No, I'm actually really not. So last question. Do you regret how things have turned out?
Hm. That's the hardest one you've asked. No, because we're still friendly and I think we broke up for the right reasons. But also yes, because I really miss those lips on my--
Shut up Elliott.
Yes ma'am.
That's about all guys, thanks for watching this shitshow of a video. If you're gagging to leave me hate I'm available at all the usual places, AishVB on Insta and Twitter, Aisha Van Buren on FB, and yeah, feel free to leave as much vitriol as you like there, it's nothing I haven't heard before. Thanks to Elliott for being a relatively good sport, and yeah, thanks again everyone, I really do appreciate it. See ya next time, hopefully not in the very far off future!
