Obviously I was and am relieved, truly. But I was waking up every day, for MONTHS, with my first thought being you and this deep gut fear that something had happened. Every day! I thought I could ignore it but when you would text me back I realized I was holding my breath all day up until that point. When I'm not talking to you I can start to breathe again.
I'm really sorry. I'm weak, I'm selfish. I wish I could do more for you.

I think it's a few things.. You're handsome, you're smart, you're creative. All big wins. You come from money and unfortunately some girls like that. Girls can mistake your brooding for caring, in some deep, quiet, masculine way. And yes, I think they probably do want to fix you somehow, make it so you need them.
