Aaron Let's see, we got Juicy, Hammer and Swap-Out. Honestly I forget their real names now. Someone complained I talk too slow, then made some joke about how even my echoes are slow too, whittled down to echo. That's the logic half the time. I wasn't creative with Ukiah. Just where he was found.

SAMIRA Ah. Very generic. Thought it would be about the hearing loss. Echoing and whatnot. Still, not like Fido. Or Rover? Buddy? Are dog names even generic these days?

Aaron I'll let them regale you with the backstories. See you get it now, you'd fit right in with the nicknaming. Seems people are naming their dogs like people, and then cats are just random objects. Poor kids now too, I've gotten a few unique ones with the fosters.

SAMIRA What would mine be? Or food, I met a Lemon and Lime the other day, little greyhounds. Actually very cute. Lots of x's and y's in names where there shouldn't be.

Aaron Well you're a doctor, so it could be any doctor you think of. Doc Oc, House, Doctor Who. What's up doc could lead to calling you Bugs Bunny. You see how it's a slippery slope. We might be a dying breed. Well, probably just me and my boring, front-of-the-alphabet name.
