Aaron Long story short had dinner with a random family and pulled my weight helping follow that recipe, haven't forgot it since. Georgia 2016 I think. Yeah, I've been there twice. I like it a lot, some good memories and award-winning hangovers.

Aaron Nah no deviations, they did all the hard work before me since it was a family recipe. Do you like it or are you pumpkin only? I think so. Even if I didn't know I already liked it I'd risk it. Coming to you this time.

LILY I can't remember the last time I had it, honestly? I'm a pecan girl. Gives me something to look forward to even more now. And glad that LA wasn't too crazy of an introduction.

LILY Always been the one I went for, my dad had this bourbon pecan recipe that's pretty memorable. We'll see where we can hedge our bets, they have it pretty packed in schedule wise down there. But I can find a few hours to clear.

LILY Not as many these days aside from a phone call. My brother and I have been out of the house for a while and fell into Friendsgivings pretty quick, but I'll ask my mom for a recipe now and again to contribute. Lucky for you I don't think New Orleans will be a valley of familiar faces to me. I'll ask my assistant to figure something out - no Hurricanes allowed though.

Aaron Yeah sure, changes as you get older. Mine’s been all over the place too. Oh man that just unlocked something in me. Went once for Mardi Gras, lost a couple days off my life I think.

LILY Did you grow up having them with the woman I met in LA? Bourbon St. is a slipper slope. I fell victim to those shots shaped like watermelons they carry around and then charge you $20 for after you already took one.

Aaron Yeah, I had some with the Deols. One year my mom wasn't so around so Mrs. Deol fixed me up a little Cornish game hen, tried to make it feel like a regular holiday. Mind you, they're vegetarians. Wasn't any good but I ate every bite. Some French Quarter PTSD. I don't have that partyin in me anymore, I can't promise any wild nights.

LILY Haha omg. I feel like that is the epitome of it's the thought that counts? I value any kind of togetherness, so I think it's nice you had someone. Not what I'm looking for either. Unfortunately for both of us my boss actually is strict, and won't eat my homework.
