ROSIE You talk a big game! Yeah, he seems fine sometimes and really distant others. Like I said, we really haven't seen each other much. Maybe he just needs the break. Or I'm just naive to what he actually wants.

ROSIE Ah, right. Just ask the most deflective man I've ever met what's going on. I got three paragraphs from him once and almost fell out of my chair.

ROSIE It's a little different right now. I think I'd be waiting a very long time if I was.

ROSIE It just is. What he said then and what he wants now seem different.

freddie Ah. I see. Ok. Actions not matching words. Did you think he probably wouldn't hang out with her after they broke up?

ROSIE I didn't know, because I didn't know if it was bad or amicable and it was stupid of me to try to pry because it wasn't my relationship anyway. He can do what he wants, really. It's just hard to not get hung up on it again too when he doesn't know what that is. You also better take all of this to your grave.

freddie Come on, Roro. I'm not going to say anything.  You wanted to know, to pry because you wanted to be there for him? Or to know if there was a chance for the two of you?
