This is my girl, Kate, and I'm super excited about her, thus I welcome any attempts to plot with me! Born and raised in London, England, she comes from an upper middle class background, though nothing extremely extravagant or lavish. She has two young siblings who are enrolled in private school who are fraternal twins around the age of ten. This past September she moved to NYC to be an Au Paire for a wealthy family on the Upper East Side, and their two daughters, Sylvia and Marloes. Personality wise, she is very prim and proper, and is quite aware of what is a waste of her time and what isn't. She was previously engaged to Jacob Mann, who left her at the alter and proceeded to write about it in Esquire. The demise of their relationship ruined their pretty tight friend group, and is ultimately the main reason Kate decided to move to another continent. She is tight-lipped, motherly, but a bit dreamy as well. She is very much an older sister personality wise, and it's fairly obvious most of the time that she's the first born. After the fiasco with Jake, she's a lot more picky about what she wants, and refuses to settle for anything less. Kate can be quite judgemental, to the point where it's a severe character flaw. She is often the cause of her own alienation, and the only time you'll find her to show the more vapid and carefree side she used to have in her youth is when she's fairly intoxicated. That even, doesn't happen very often.

^{FRIENDS ,}

She'll need a few New York ones for sure, probably ones that she tries hard to fit in with but ultimately isn't super comfortable around. She tends to gravitate to people who aren't really like her, who are more fun and sweet, rather than uptight and reserved. She enjoys mothering people, a trait no doubt coming from the fact that she's an older sister and an au paire. She definitely needs people that are going to try to bring her out of this crazy shell, who don't mind being shot down often. Crazy people intrigue her, and she tends to surround herself with people that allow her to fade into the background. She's not terribly fond of unwanted attention, thus why the Esquire article drove her out of London, essentially people she could mother would be a dream for her.

^{ENEMIES ,}

Enemies for Kate would be boys that she's snubbed, as there is many, people she's acted judgemental towards and the like. She definitely needs a few of these, perhaps some childhood rivals or any ex girlfriends of Jake besides Orla. I think the most interesting relationships are those that aren't perfect, and I think that Kate can be an extremely jealous person even if she hides it moderately well. She's a bit above revenge, and she's yet to even seek it on Jake, so if you think that you're going to bother her to the point of ridiculous retaliation, you're probably wrong. She has no problems quipping with people and speaking her opinion about their lives, but she wouldn't seek to destroy them out right. Above all, Kate thinks she's the perfect adult, so that's bound to piss a lot of people off.

Ex-flings, ex-boyfriends, current people she's going on dates with are all needed. Despite the fact Jake destroyed her on their wedding day, she's on the look out to settle down. She wants to get married and have children and start a real life. However, I'm sure once that opportunity actually presents itself that she's going to back down. Mostly, she just wants to show Jacob that he hasn't ruined her completely, though that's of course, the case entirely. I'm thinking she's currently going on lots of dates, but nothing really comes of any of them. if you have any ideas, this could definitely spark some interesting plots, so let me know what you think!

Well, pretty lady. I definitely think we need to do something with Camilla and Noah. That is definitely a must. I can completely see Noah as one who tries with her often, but she continuously shoots him down. And of course with him being Noah, he isn't quite used to it, so he continues on trying to get her pants. Something along those lines? Or maybe even a one night stand turned into a fling? Gah. I dunno!

EEK. I do love this idea. She would definitely constantly turn him down, not even because she isn't attracted to him, because she totally is, but because she is extremely prim and proper and like, completely prudish. So, if he's the same as he's always been (and I hope he is!) she would be like, appalled at his tactics but eventually would warm up to him on a friendly basis.

Oh my, yes! Noah is of course the same as he's always been. He loves the game of chase.
