Layla Sinclair will star as Paola Sosa and James Anderson as Felix Olivier in the highly anticipated film adaptation of the erotically charged romance novel 'Paola.' Author Theodore Lane announced the news on Monday morning in brief quote to the press.  "We are very pleased to welcome the talented Layla Sinclair and James Anderson onto the team after months of deliberation." The breakthrough announcements were the first for the film based on the international best seller, which will be released on November 13, 2015. The two roles have been a longtime source of speculation on the Internet since the author does not have any social media accounts.  There has been no announcement on who it will be directed by, but Lane has penned his own script.  Sinclair has been in many memorable roles, predominantly finding her fan base in the authors home country of France. This is likely to have contributed to her casting.  Her co-star, Anderson, currently has no film credits under his name. This will be his break-out role despite his lineage as the son of Producer James Anderson, Sr. and actress Margot Laurent-Anderson.  For months speculation has raged about who would play the two main leads. The other possibilities for Paola — a seductive dancer and single mother who enters a whirlwind romance with Olivier — included household names such as Emma Watson and Seychelle Gabriel though none of these rumors could be substantiated.  The Gabriel rumors were so strong that in November she took to Twitter, writing, "I haven't gotten that desperate for roles." There has been similar excitement about the handsome, bad boy, Olivier. Rumors have swirled around stars like Ian Somerhalder and Robert Pattinson. The Twilight star told Esquire in September that he had discussed the part of with his agent, but they never entered into discussions with Lane & Co.  Since the news broke, the author / screenwriter has made no other public statements regarding the films and is not expected to do so until the next casting bomb.  The books have been translated into 50 languages, and sold more than 70 million copies. This is the third book to hit the big screens by Theodore Lane, and arguably the most anticipated.
