Most of her childhood was spent on her parents movie sets until they relocated the family to Portland. She's been cited as the inspiration for multiple Portlandia skits and began work as a consultant for Lifetime after receiving her communications degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Over the years she's developed multiple reality television projects and internet shorts that are now produce from her own office in Denver.   how long have you been working on reality television; what got you interested in it? Desperation? I applied for almost every job offer my school sent me before graduating because I'd been paying for tuition out of pocket. Lifetime was the first company that contacted me so I took a position without thinking. Some people hate reality shows or its a guilty please. I think I fit somewhere in between. Once I started working on more online projects and independent work it felt less invasive. The people I've met through the shows are great and it never feels like work. Can't ask for much more than that. have you always lived in Denver? have you ever seen yourself living elsewhere? When I was younger and my parents were still acting we lived in Los Angeles. They couldn't handle watching us with the spotlight. The irony. We settled in Portland with my dad's family and it was great. A little too small and hip for me so I went out of state for college. Lifetime put me in LA for a while but it seemed way less clean and glamorous than I remembered. Once I was able to do most of my work from home I moved back to Colorado. Unless my parents find a way to airlift me out of LoDo, I'm good with staying here. what inspires your everyday life? Kim Kardashian's crying face. You just gotta werk through the tears y'know? if you had to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? That's really limiting and I'm super not about that. What circumstance would it be where I had to eat 1 food? Whatever. Sushi. None of that authentic bullshit, I'm talking the whole Americanized grub with the side of California roll and bacon. The premise is still troubling me. where do you see yourself in ten years? professionally and personally? Probably less well. Literally, sight goes down with age. So i'll probably have to get really close to mirrors when I put on my eyeliner next to my crow's feet.   what do you love most about Drake? I've been telling people I met Drake for years and no one fucking believes me. He's the love of my life. 99% sure 'shot for me' is about me.
