I'm pretty sure they began dating way before they were even born, seriously. They grew up in the island of Waipahu, which is close to Honolulu. Their parents were all surfers, and had world records, and stuff. And my mother's mother and Camden's mother were best of friends throughout high school and whatnot. And so naturally, they (Camden and Noelle) became friends. They started out as friends, and heavy flirting, and you know...the usual. I mean, Dad was obviously a few years older than Mom, so naturally, he had to have her. Anyway, Mom told us these romantic stories of how they became to be "Camden and Noelle", and how he swept her off her feet...and fairytale everything. You know? Yeah. So. Then they became world known surfers and fought their fights throughout their time as surfers. Dad finally broke down and proposed to Mom 25 years ago, and three kids later...they're still happily married. They've both given up their surfing careers and have moved onto restaurant life. Dad is the chef (AND OH MY GOD.....YOU NEED TO TASTE HIS FOOD PLEASE), and Mom is like...managing the restaurant, kind of. I don't really know what Mom does anymore.  Then there's Isla. Baby Isla. The youngest of the bunch. She's a lil rebel. Unique. Smokes cigarettes. Irritates Mom to the core. She's Daddy's fave, he's even told her NUMEROUS times. Like what. Anyway. Isla's beautiful, and she knows it. She hangs around these rocker dudes (Ik, Hawaii..who'd thunk it). And she's got a tattoo, and she's just legit. She's real into art, and is going to college for it in New York. She loves the island, but she wants to get out of it. Isla and I have a really odd relationship. We fight like fucking hell, and she annoys the shit outta me. Growing up, she always wanted to be around my friends and I. She always wanted the attention of Marcus and my boys, and when they ignored her she would always throw hissy fits. But when she got into high school, she kinda figured out who she was and settled into that routine. She's badass, and she fights hard. She doesn't care what people think about her, and I think that's really cool. I love her to death and would do anything for her, should she need backup. But, like I said, she thrives on being alone and being independent, so I think New York is a good place for her. I really do. Ethan..has the heart of gold. He is so protective of Isla and I, and he would kick anyone who just as such laid their eyes on us. He's protective, and loves everyone around him so much. He's also got this real aggression and passion in him when it comes to surfing. In the family of surfers, you'd think that all kids would also be surfers, but somehow there's only two of us. And even though we're in different divisions and age groups, we're still so fucking competitive. He rides my ass about everything, and still, he's my biggest cheerleader. He's at every meet, every competition, every race...everything. He never misses a chance to congratulate me, and is always there to pick me up when a race doesn't go the way I want them to. He's also there to kick my ass when I should be doing better. He's just a great brother to have. He's always been there to dry my tears when I have a breakup. He's there to heal my hangovers, and there to celebrate every birthday, and every win. Ethan is just everything I've ever wanted to be in a surfer. He's cool, collected, and just like my Dad. I've been compared to the likes of Alana Blanchard, Malia Jones, Sage Erickson, Quincy Davis...etc. The surfing world is highly competitive and to be in the ranks of those girls is just remarkable.  I don't really see myself doing really much of anything else for a while. I mean, I'm only twenty-one. I'm still young for this sport. I've been traveling and teaching surfing lessons, but I think my heart will always find it's way back to Hawaii. And back to a surfboard. He was friends with my brother, so of course, I was around as much as I could be. He and I dated heavily throughout my teens, and we recently broke up. More like a pause. We hit a roadblock where I want to visit many different places, and he's dead set on staying in Honolulu.
