Q. wtf. how are declarations of love compensation for not really loving you?
Joe would have loved anyone, it just happened to be me at the time. I was v much in love with him, Joe McCarthy, everything about him specifically. everyone else seemed like a waste of time next to him. Joe loves being in love. that's what they don't tell you about romantics, their love is so easily won that it's v easily lost too

Joe's a very nice boy and a very private one so please respect him more than I have here by not going off and hounding him about any of this, it's ancient history.
