isaac Well, a mix of reasons I guess. Instant gratification, poor future planning... I was a heroin addict at the time I had an affair, so my decision making wasn't great in general. Then I am a pretty selfish person, which Chloe, god bless her, enabled because she was too good to me. Not blaming her, just explaining my shitty headspace. And the real truth is I was flattered by Alessia's attention, I couldn't believe this insanely famous supermodel was interested in me... I did love her. No good reasons, probably not very reassuring for you.

LILY True. Not good reasons, but you know why point A led to point B and so on. Maybe if someone comes along that makes you more selfless, instead of selfish, it'll turn you around? I don't know, not like I'm a relationships expert over here. Just been on the other side and it does suck.

isaac I think I've calmed down honestly. Going through rehab, you're forced to confront the harm you've done to people and I've been awful to everyone. I just didn't really think about the impact. Do you think it put you off dating?

LILY Hey, no time like the present for a redemption arc. Is it better or worse knowing that you can not be a good person to people for a while and still have millions of fans? Yeah, if I'm being honest. He was my first just about everything and I was really invested in it. Probably to the point of being unhealthy - and then to just have it all fall apart in front of me, to see that all the time and effort I spent was being spent on someone else? It was crushing. And started this bad spiral of me not wanting to put myself out there because I never trusted anyone's intentions. It sounds dramatic, but it hit at a bad, formative year y'know?

Good for her, that's good to hear. She's well too - fostered a puppy recently and I think she's in too deep with him. Waiting for her to call and say she put in adoption papers any day now, he's brightened up our calls. She's also invested in neighborhood bingo games, which seem very wholesome. I'm happy she's staying busy.
