LILY Sometimes. I'm on a good path I think, something I feel good about. But I also think how easy it can be to lose track in the process of what you started doing it for. When it's so. much. pressure on sales and tours and hits and schedules...I just want to play music and for people to love it. That's it!

isaac I think being in band is different that way, we all try to keep each other grounded. You’ve got your family though, I’ve never met a more musical bunch. You won’t lose it.

LILY Probably nice to have a built in friend group to go through it all with, too. But thanks - so far, so good, at least! If I ever start copping a diva attitude in the future you have my permission to give me a very serious reality check. No 12 page riders!

isaac I honestly think I'd be dead now if it wasn't for them. But that's different, so don't compare your experience to mine and worry! I'd like to, but I kinda find diva attitudes hot... I mean, have you met my last two girlfriends?

LILY Good thing you're in a band, then. Was hard on Joey for a while but it's all a journey. God, I unfortunately have. On second thought, can have my brother keep me in check, you'd be unhelpful!

LILY Just stay being a good friend, that's really it in the end. Girlfriend could be a loose term for them right now, I'm not really certain. Either way I think he'd prioritize if his sister went off the rails.

isaac All I mean is he has a very high tolerance for diva behavior. Insanely high. But you're right, it'd be different with you.

LILY True. He's a good one. Think your jet lag will be bad? Must have felt weird to fly.

isaac Oh it was apocalyptic. Temperature checks, masks, wipes, I don't recommend it. I feel super awake.

LILY I made a mistake and watched Contagion when this first started. Didn't help. I wonder when it'll feel kind of like reality again. You say that now! I'm giving you 2 hours. I'll get something that's a jumble of letters and it'll be you falling asleep mid message.
