THIRTY ONE  &  EX-CONVICT .  Son of Former New York Yankees pitcher Michael Meckler and head of the children's neurology department at NYU Langone Valentina Rodrigo-Meckler, Hunter Xavier Meckler was born on Long Island but raised in Upper East side of New York City after Valentina's career had them move to Manhattan. He is the oldest of the Meckler children, Mina (Wilhelmina) Meckler and Joseph Meckler follow behind Hunter. Aside from the Meckler name and his mother being a huge figure in the NYC Health department, Hunter played professionally for the New York Yankees until a career ending injury. Twenty-seven at the time, Hunter moved in Miami following the injury. He was linked to specifically Pixie Rosier and her sister India Rosier. A regular at Miami night clubs, Hunter became wellknown as a popular drug dealer and just recently spent time in prison due to a Miami drug outbreak. He was charged with selling and possession, but was also under the investigation for tampering with drugs. Hunter was proven innocent from tampering with drugs but was given jail time for selling and possession. This was not his first offense with possession. His family declined to speak on the matter. Since then I've been the most productive I've ever been in my life. I spent a couple months in Miami- I had get all of my affairs figured out and get it approved to move across state lines. It wasn't until June that I was able to set out west. The lonely nights I laid in bed, looking up at my cell ceiling I knew that I would end up in California. Mina had just moved there anyways, but Pixie was rooted there. The last time we spoke I told her to stop flying to visit me. I told her that she didn't deserve to wait around for a guy like me. We were always on and off; she shouldn't have to be that way with a guy who has several more months left of his sentencing. Look at her, she's beyond stunning. I shouldn't have said those things and I didn't want too. But I couldn't hold her back anymore. She was a god damn VS model. I was wearing orange and we were talking behind a glass wall except the visiting days. Mina and Ben moved to California a few years ago and have a house in Malibu. She won't tell me, but I think my parents helped them pay for it. I don't care, all I've ever wanted is for her to be happy. Anyways, I packed up my tiny apartment in Miami and did a 4 day cross country road trip. Mina had Roxie, so that was one less thing for me to deal with. I got a job bartending. It's a pretty good gig. The owner had been to prison himself and didn't judge me for a second when I confessed about my record. I've been in this routine for six months now. I'm hoping to get a place of my own soon but it's a little difficult. Mina is pregnant too, so I'm trying to be there as much as I can since Ben is constantly traveling for work. Mentally, I'm the best I've been in a while. I finally hopped onto the therapy trend- mostly I was pushed by my sister. I work out, so physically I'm there too. I told myself when both of those were good I could face Pixie again. So maybe it's time.
