Rosalía and Otero are making the rounds with their just-dropped single “La Noche de Anoche.” It’s a sensual track about two lovers recounting their first night of intimacy...but who can’t be together despite their passionate chemistry. Right in the corazón. On its first day prior to the Latin AMAs, its 5.63 million Spotify streams was a record for a Spanish-language song. Fans have been eagerly awaiting new music from Rosalía, and similarly fans have been begging for Otero to share more of his voice (and that face)! On the heels of the official music video, the Puerto Rican producer-turned-artist (full name Benicio Cristian Batista Otero, 27) and Spanish songstress (Rosalia Vila Tobella, 31) live-premiered the song during the 2024 Latin American Music Awards. Their performance was just as steamy and romantic as the clip, serenading each other before hugging tightly and almost (?) going in for a kiss. The song title translates as "Last Night's Night," but one hardly needs a translator to understand what's happening here. Although these two have collaborated in the past, this is Otero’s first track singing alongside Rosalía and his first ever live performance.
