Pat Hey man, all good over here. Enjoyed a classic Marathon Sunday, back to unseasonably warm weather. How's the golden coast?

Jack You watched or you ran? Cali was good when I last left it, I'm in Orlando for a work thing. It's sweaty here.

Pat Watched, but thinking about it for next year. So fucking crazy to see people go through, inspiring for sure. Orlando? Yikes. Wouldn't wish that on a lot of people.

Jack It's on my bucket list. Let's train together, anything to make me like cardio. It was supposed to be Vegas! Trust I'm on the earliest flight back. Besides the weather it's been fine, but I'm thinking about changing jobs next year.

Pat We can compete on Strava, but talk to me after a 16 mile run about how much you like cardio. Why'd they change it? And why are you thinking of changing? Big moves.

Jack It sounds unreal. I've never done more than 6 or 7. Takes a lot to throw all this weight around you know? They thought it would be more exciting than the usual. Big moves for big gains. I like it but you know, it's small potatoes. I want to make more, I'm saving for a ring and a house.

Pat Comes with the big guy territory. What, they buy you tickets to DisneyWorld or something? And yeah, understood. In these markets, the more upward mobility the better. Always feels crazy these days to be turning a profit.

Jack The timing seems a bit insensitive too. But hey, out of my hands. You know me, I'm up for the challenge. How are things with you and Bodega?

Pat Corporate American's never been bright, my friend. Flipping industries or just want a change? Still busy, honestly. Can't complain about the traffic and the margins. Kinda wild to us both still but don't want to jinx a good thing. Across the board.

Jack Right now scaling up to a bigger company, cutting my teeth there. Then maybe other industries later. To no one's surprise! You're killing it, man. I hope from time to time you get to sit back and realize that. Benny looks good, I saw his last IG. When's Edie due?

Pat Way better ladder climber than I ever was, that's for sure. Still always feels like one fire to the next but it's what we've figured out we're good at, at least. He's so excited about the baby - she's due in early March. Can we circle back to that ring comment, actually?

Jack I’m prepared to play the game, run with the big dogs. Aw man that’s exciting, they’re going to be great parents. And you - awesome uncle. No ring yet but I am thinking about popping the question next year.

Pat Alright, all this marketing speak's gonna start giving me a headache. #1, that's my goal. Edie's brother will have nothing on me. Yeah? That's exciting, I'm happy for you two. The move go well and everything too?

Ironic time to move since we'll spend the least amount of time at home for these next two months, but still.
